We are on a mission to encourage ‘investors’ to ‘invest’ – philosophically and financially – in building, renting, and/or selling ‘shareholdings’ in a pavilion in a pavilionHOUSE. The investment may be in a new pavilionHOUSE or an extension to an existing house with one or more new pavilions.

For buyers, we have developed collaborations with builders throughout Queensland who share the same passion. These builders are available to assist with the design, costing, and construction of your own pavilion or pavilionHOUSE.

We have also developed four options for buyers to secure tenure in a pavilion of one’s own in a Queensland pavilionHOUSE.

The places and properties where you may build a pavilion of your own design, or purchase a planned and/or built pavilion, will be promoted here as they become available.
